Application Process  For Simmons University Kotzen Scholarships

The process for applying to the Simmons University Kotzen Scholarships can be found below. To be considered,

• Applicants must submit both their scholarship application and their admission application to the College by December
• The application is comprised of two parts, a short answer and a formal essay, which can be submitted online or via email to [email protected] with the subject line “Kotzen Application”. On each page of the document, students must include their full name and date of birth.
• The short answer must be no more than 250 words and address how the student would use an additional annual award of $3000 for study abroad, short-term courses, summer internship tuition, and/or research support.
• The formal essay must be no more than 500 words and discuss how a woman can most effectively lead change in today’s world.

Finalists for the scholarship will be required to complete an on-campus interview in February, but international applicants may complete a Skype interview if they are unable to attend in person.
