How To Withdraw From Limited Paypal Account In 2021

How to withdraw money from limited PayPal account is easily one of the most used search phrases on the web. A lot of PayPal users are looking for how to withdraw from limited Paypal account, and if you fall into this category of people then I have something to share with you. I recently discovered the surest way to fix PayPal limited account and if you’re looking for Paypal limited account fix, then you should read this article till the end.

So! a few months back I received an email from Paypal stating that my account had been temporarily limited and I was required to provide certain documents for verification before the limitation placed on my account would be lifted. I provided the documents required by Paypal for verification and waited patiently for feedback, with the hope that my account would be restored so I could make use of it like I used to.

Sadly, my wait was all in vain because when Paypal finally replied, they sent a mail informing me that my account was permanently limited because they discovered certain irregularities and bla bla bla, and they also made me understand that the decision was permanent and irreversible, so it was needless for me to try appealing. And funny enough, I had about $111.13 in my Paypal account before it was limited.

I was disappointed and dejected because all the funds that came into that Paypal account were from Fiverr and some other freelance platforms, and I also made use of that limited Paypal account to make payments for software and services that I bought. Well, since the decision to limit my account was permanent, I had no choice but to wait for 180 days before my funds would be eligible for withdrawal.

Finally, the 180 days wait was over and I received a mail from Paypal informing me that my funds were now eligible for withdrawal and all I needed to do was sign into my Paypal account and transfer the money to a linked bank account or card.

Excitedly, I logged in and since I had only linked a debit card to my account before it was limited I proceeded to link a bank account to enable me to withdraw money from limited Paypal account.

To do this, I needed a US bank account and since Payoneer offered users virtual US bank accounts, I logged into my Payoneer account to retrieve my US bank account details and try to link it to my limited PayPal account, but to my greatest surprise it did not work, I kept getting the error message displayed in the image below.

I tried for several days without success and even sent countless emails to Paypal support without response. So I resorted to engaging Paypal support via their social media profiles on Facebook & Twitter and they ended up blocking me because they felt I was becoming a nuisance. 🙈🙈🙈

At this point, I was close to giving up and forget the account, because I had tried every possible means to withdraw money from my permanently limited PayPal account and none worked until I discovered the solution to my problems.

The easiest way to withdraw money from limited Paypal account

After trying out every possible means to withdraw money from my limited Paypal account without success, I realized that I had been using the wrong approach. I was trying to link a Payoneer bank account, and Paypal does not accept virtual bank accounts, they only accept brick and mortar (physical banks) accounts. So at this point, I had to seek help from a friend in the US to allow me to link his bank account to my limited Paypal account and he agreed. It finally worked and I was able to link the bank account and withdraw my funds from my permanently limited Paypal account.
